An opportunity to join a fast-developing experienced National training provider to support the teaching of the Software Developer; Network Engineer and Infrastructure Technician apprenticeship standards. With an assessor already in place our client need an experienced trainer who can deliver Vendor qualifications Cisco and MTA, both would be ideal.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the coaching and development of apprentices through the Apprenticeship Standards. You will work alongside the employer to develop the plan for how and when the on-programme and end-point assessments will be delivered, and teach the apprentices’ to ensure they progress towards this.
Key responsibilities and objectives
Achieving minimum 88% end-point assessment, leading to a minimum 88% success rate on the Apprenticeship Standard
Teaching apprentices in business skills by guiding, supporting, providing accountability and encouragement
Visiting apprentices in the workplace, providing training
Supporting apprentices remotely to provide coaching via virtual learning platform
Establish positive working relationships with clients
To facilitate the enhancement of work performance, self-directed learning and personal development
Prepare, agree and review apprenticeship learning plans
Technical Knowledge and qualifications ideal include
Network Principles, Systems & Architecture, MTA Security Fundamentals, MTA Networking Fundamentals, MTA Windows Server Administration, MTA Windows Operating System Fundamentals, Network Security, Mobile & Operating Systems, Cloud Services, Coding & Logic, Business Processes, Software Development Methodologies an a range of Software Language
