Has extensive experience as a senior manager, has led and developed national and international teams of trainers, e-learning designers and assessors in various guises since the late 1990s, and has delivered several high-value training and knowledge transfer projects.  Designed curricula and developed courseware and curriculum materials for many years.  They see themselves as  a combination of technical and creative ability – apart from a wide range of IT certifications, they have a Master’s degree in Linguistics and authored MCSE materials for a well-known American imprint a few years ago.
