Our client are delighted to be recruiting for customer focused relationship builders to join their already thriving team based in their Newton Aycliffe Sales Hub. Full Training given for the right candidate with sales experience. You could be a graduate with some call centre or face to face target driven sales experience, someone who has had previous customer service/sales experience in a busy customer focused/consultative/targetted role or you naturally have great sales ability and resilience.
You will start on a sales programme that will help develop you into one of the many successful business development consultants in the team. Some of the team are making over £1000 a month commission now.

Role & Responsibilities: Prospecting and generating leads, building a sales pipeline.
Use a range of tools to reach potential clients including phone, email and Social Media and attending events
Contact businesses and create a lively upbeat quality conversation about their current training needs, whilst talking through the features and benefits of your specialist IT training offer
Keeping up to date with the latest trends in IT training, with the assistance of their successful operations team.
Skills you will need to have – Exceptional communication skills, ability to use social media platforms – LinkedIn & Twitter, able to make and receive phone calls with no hesitations
Able to work collectively as part of the team but also able to work on own initiative, enjoy generating conversations and engaging with customers, ambitious, determined and self-motivated
We are looking for a highly driven & motivated sales person with experience of working in a sales environment. You will need to be naturally competitive and have a resilient attitude and have customer service experience and hungry to work in a sales targeted environment.
