Due to continued growth, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Customer Service, Business admin and lower management Assessor
We are keen to hear from candidates who have sound knowledge and experience within the sector with experience of delivering the Level 2 and 3 in Customer Service and Administration.
You will be able to provide outstanding support for learners and be able to demonstrate your organisational and planning skills and talk through your achievements and learner successes. Your role will be to conduct and evaluate individual initial assessment ensuring all learners are on the correct programme at the right level. To develop positive relationships with learners and employers on a monthly basis. To actively promote the use of e-portfolio to all learners and employers. To ensure all learners participate in an ‘exit interview’ to be undertaken as part of quality assurance visits, which encompasses all aspects of the process. You will also need to be flexible
Experience of delivery within the required area of training, Work Based Learning, Award Body practices, Cava Qualification or equivalent qualification, Assessing experience, ESW Communication Level 2
