Our client is entering an exciting and challenging time. We are looking for a confident and proactive individual to join the Sales Hub to work closely with the wider employer solutions and regional apprenticeship delivery teams to maximise new and repeat business opportunities.
Are you a natural relationship builder, professional, likeable and enjoying prospecting and wowing prospective businesses and customers on the phone in a b2b or b2c environment? This is certainly the opportunity for you.
The key to this role is to carry out business to business telesales activity through research, social media and making outbound calls from an existing database of employer records to establish training needs and secure appointments for the field based partnerships team, focused mainly on apprenticeship levy employers. There are plenty of warm leads to go at too as our client have built a huge network of successful partners/employers in their network within other divisions. You will work with the marketing team to ensure performance of campaigns is achieved through customer service and engagement activity.
